Why we care

Social and ecological sustainability drives positive changes for people worldwide. Non-financial information reporting can be one step towards a greener and more social future. Accountability for sustainable business practices will only be effective if civil society is involved in the reporting process. We want to provide the knowledge needed to get there.

What you get

We provide open analytical and educational resources and a starting point for the analysis of non-financial information reporting (NFIR). Our main target groups are trade unionist and workers’ representatives that want to analyse reports as well as trainers who want to teach people how to analyse a non-financial information report.

Who we are

CENOFIA is short for “Curriculum for the further education of European non-financial analysts”. We are a strategic partnership of six organisations from Germany, Hungary, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania and Spain co-funded by the Erasmus+ programme of the European Union. Our mission is to enable people to analyse non-financial information reporting in the context of labour relations.

Trainingroom

In the Trainingroom you are provided with two courses: one for trainers and one for analysts. The courses are divided into modules and units so you can adapt the input to individual needs and interests. In addition to presentations you will find video tutorials, screen recordings and short multiple-choice tests that support your learning process regardings the analysis of non-financial information reporting.

Library

In the Library you can find background information regarding all aspects of non-financial information reporting, for the European context as well as for Germany, Hungary, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania and Spain.The database provides meta data and links to reporting standards, legislative text, databases, blogs, initiatives and much more. You can filter all entries by countries and categories.

Downloads

Here you find all open educational resources (OER) developed in the CENOFIA project for downloading. You are welcome to useall OER for your own educational settings as long as you indicate the source. The OER include the curriculum, a trainers handbook, participants materials, presentations, trainer notes, exercises and the analysis tool.
